>> ELMO© IN GROUCHLAND...SLATED FOR RELEASE ON BOTH PLATFORMS [BY OCT 1]...

As a [further] matter of record NewKidCo's 1999 Product Catalog specifies a Sept. '99 ship date for four of NewKidCo's five new products scheduled for fall '99, as follows: The Adventures of Elmo© in Grouchland (PS), The Adventures of Elmo© in Grouchland (GBC), Elmo's Letter Adventure [nka Parade] (N64), Elmo's Number Journey [nka Parade] (N64)...blowing eighty (80%) of your '99 ship dates simply is not good...further exacerbated by the fact NewKidCo blew its first big [movie tie-in] licensing deal which was also NewKidCo's first major product launch for 1999...NewKidCo may meet Q4 projections by simply shipping everything December 31, 1999...credibility with the street simply supercedes [the quality of meeting] projections...from a different perspective a "Sam Goldberg" would not join NewKidCo as a Bulletin Board stock if there wasn't something substantive on the horizon including being listed NASDAQ almost as a given otherwise he is arguably and essentially dealing with a non-negotiable currency and accordingly one which simply cannot maximize shareholder value [as a BB]...and perhaps there is a Harry Potter license on the horizon to definitively qualify NewKidCo as a leader vs. an also-ran...if that...
