If you are using the Cisco 675, why are you using Sygate? The 675 does NAT translation seamlessly, without any software required on any workstation. All you need to do is to enable NAT on the Cisco.
The commands are:

set nat enabled
set interface eth0 address 10.0.0.1
set interface eth0 netmask 255.255.255.0

then write and reboot.
Set the gateway field in each PC to 10.0.0.1 and turn off sygate. Each of them will have net access without using sygate. If you are using a different IP numbering scheme, then adjust the above numbers accordingly.

Give it a try, works great here. I like this because you are not dependent on 1 machine running sygate. The if you only have one PC running, it can have access without the other one.
My problem is that Is I just can't see each other in network neighborhood, which is a different problem. Working on it right now.

Good Luck
Dan
