Thanks Richard. Those articles jive with my understanding of the charges. Martin Armstrong is being charged with defrauding investors and creating fraudulent securities. There is no mention in those articles of any legal authority charging him with manipulating market prices. The only possible mention of such charges appear top be associated with the Gold Anti-Trust Committee. I am not familiar with this group or it's make-up but disagree with the notion that here has been collusion to depress the price of gold. Henry
