Marc and Mark,
It is clear for me, that Al Sisto is working on reducing the expense side of the earnings equation. As long as he doesn't give away the assets that we invested in, and paid so dearly for, (high R & D costs being out of proportion with revenues for the last three years), I am all for it. However, in recent months, I have for the first time reduced my PTEC position. The real question, I believe also, was posed in Mark Bs post, which really hit the nail on the head.

"<More important is whether you think the company is worth owning for EBetween, Merced system software, and the connectivity semiconductor IP group.">

I still believe the company is worth owning for these reasons, but as I said previously, management must quickly show that they are making a significant positive contribution to pushing the ball forward, if I am to remain a large shareholder.
Best regards,
Jules
