MAN-T...they just did a financing which is holding it back...I like it and think that funds will like it as well. The financing also gives it some support if the POG turns PHNPI K-T is not a small company...IMO, they made some great moves with the low POG taking over smaller companies on sale and doing some interesting JVs. The answer to your question is...no the shares outstanding will not hold K-T back. If you look at the action this week you can see that it moves quickly. K offers leverage in both directions...big winner if AU does well...big loser if it does poorly. PHNPI I like the risk/reward of MAE better as it protects on the downside and will probably double before K-T does in a strong gold market.
