I don't use CyberTrader, but I do use CyberX + QCharts. I noticed this lag also on QCharts, so I would expect that it's a NASDAQ problems.

At market open, I keep a close watch on Time and Sales versus Level II. If they get out of sync, I suspect late prints. At that point, I monitor Level II Bid/Ask even more closely and pay less attention to the Time and Sales.
