IMPDH inhibitor have its own problem. If I put here few IF, at the end 497 may look OK. Few indication that this IF shouldn't be so strong, but let first see results and than talk about. what do you see as the major roadblocks for IMPDH inhibitors? What do you see as the roadblocks for 497?
