Thanks for dropping by!!!!

Sorry, not familiar with 'Sharkfin' soup... I find your other tale interesting however. Earlier in the thread I blabbed about how I had quite coffee as a sort of adjunct to other dietary things I was doing. I noticed that although the tea I switched to is supposed to have more caffine than my coffee did... Coffee absolutely gave me a much different feeling than tea. It seemed much stronger, made me more nervous, and caused a crash later. Tea does none of that that I can tell so far. I also seem to have no problem just having no tea one or two days.

A bookI have subsequently read is a sort of addition to William O. Crook M.D.,s book 'The Yeast Connection' called 'Feast without Yeast' by Bruce M.D. / Ph.D. expains the importance for many people to avoid molds. Dr. Semon recommends many people avoid foods with mold, fungi, and yeast altogether. Coffee is contaminated with molds according to Dr. Semon. Interesting.
