History has not already portrayed Reagan- history in that context has not happened yet. Any reputable historian would say we are too close to evaluate him "historically"- talk about rubbish. Basic decency? That must be the post starlet screwing decency. And the post screwing up his family decency. And the post union busting decency. And the post who gives a crap about the poor decency- excuse me, what decency are we talking about? Are we talking about the fact that he BELIEVED himself to be decent? Well I suspect Mao thought he was quite a decent guy too. Honesty? Yeah, right. Already been through that. Keen intellect? Oh God, stop posting these jokes- I'm getting a side ache.
