Gary,
Try not to feel too bad. I use Quotes.com and they are not much better. For the last two days, they have failed to send out the "end of day" stock prices and when you call to talk about the problem, you just get a recorded message saying that they close at 5:30, even though it is earlier than that.
I guess that the bottom line is that all of the people offering quotes via the internet are just in the game to take as much of your money as possible. I used IQ over a year ago and quit because I could not connect with them and they kept saying that it was the fault of my internet provider.
