John, it is simply not <G> Sorry to be so short but a cobol or fortran programer is not a CCC+ or Java programer. It takes lot's of training and hands on experience to convert. Result - Consumer cash on hand contracts sales of corporation go down and fixed expenses are the same - result a more substantial hit to the bottom line.
