Silver, Take a look at the W% and volume building on this one It's impressive, as they have a movie in production as of 1/1/99 with cast from WWF. The folks who go to the WWF, are just nut's over any type movie that they can rent or buy on WWF stuff. IMO. This one will be in the theaters first and if they play their cards right it would be out pre x-mas as there shooting the thing with digital tech. and that's very fast and keep's the price of production very low. I talking with a biz rep and was told you can make two movies for the cost of about one with digital. The company is NIGI, I purchased some back months ago on just a hunch. Well it's not been the way I wanted it to go yet now it's coming up off the floor with a change or news coming from the W% of 50+.... They just ended the year on Sept.30,99' and have the auditors who are now going to finish the audit for SEC filing. They own a production firm, a vet production drug service, two planed I-Zone business's and it's now in the best shape ever. About 45 mm out/standing with owners holding most. Some 13 mm in the float I was told and there was a 144 filing for record keeping that was done in April May 99' yet the holders of the 144 stock did not sell. They had to do it or loose the terms of the holding, or something like that. Money with the holders is not a issue so it's going to sit on the books for a long time I, was told. Matter of fact they were P.O. when they found out it went out to be filed for reading by anyone. hahhaha that will happen yet some don't know how the reporting works. This will not matter as they will not sell the stock anyway. I was told by a insider that they were taking stock off the street. I'm wondering if there the one's buying the low's at this time???? Smart Business Men, MO. if they are. So if anyone has anything to add please do as it's going to be a fun year for the company IMO... Oh, They just inked some deal for lot's of money to finish all of the projects and more into year 2000 and 2001.. from what I'm told we should see a news rls. on who the source of that money is soon. Could be what is taking the W % over .50 at this time.. Regards, Jim....
