If you check out Typhoon's previous posts it looks like he has visited AMTD along with other high flyers like QCOM YHOO and NOK of late as well and is probably shorting SCH, thus his reasoning regarding the future price movement of the stock. Suggest taking his words of wisdom with a grain of salt!
