It's not just Americans- it is people in general. I do not discriminate. I have no special grudge against Americans, nor do I think there is anything better about Americans. People of all kinds, people of all cultures, people at all times- always the majority are idiots. There is no other explanation for the cretinism that clogs the history of mankind. Above average intelligence wouldn't mean anything if we weren't grading on a curve. And "normal" intelligence isn't a very impressive thing- and imagine how many people are below that. Then when you add in the people who ARE intelligent but fail to educate themselves- well- a dismal picture indeed.
