Don, i don't quite understand why Japan should fear a strong Yen - it will force corporate restructuring and that's good. what's more, it amounts to a vote of confidence and helps to deleverage the system as the Yen carry trade unwinds. of course it can't be good for U.S. equities.... regards, hb
