THOMAS, Do you have an opinion on the following???

"thanks gator for info on the law suits tell me do we
have two lawsuits or one the rcmp and levy two
seperate lawsuits or are they the same can you explain
thanks"

Foxtime, You pose a very interesting question...To my understanding they are two separate actions...What I find amusing, and hope the Starnet attorneys pick up on this, is the appearance of a biased opinion by the Exparte Vancouver Judge during the last hearing, i.e., that he allowed Levy's attorney, to address their lawsuit, when the original action was, and still is RCMP related!!! To top that off, I now understand the hearing has been delayed to allow Levy's attorney more preparation time...Something really fishy going on within the Vancouver Legal establishment???

Later...Gator
