Poverty lowers intelligence- malnutrition, and lead poisoning, low birthweight, and poor neonatal health- of course this is merely statistical, but it is sad. Intelligence and education- i keep saying this- they MUST go together for me to find my IDEAL. Ungoverned intelligence, unregulated by education, is awful.
