Ungoverned intelligence, unregulated by education, is awful. This is a chilling sentence. Just what is ungoverned intelligence supposed to be? Why should someone's level of ungoverned intelligence be a threat? Shouldn't we welcome high levels of intelligence? Education regulates? Ah, you may have hit on something there. Just how do you define education? Your free use of terms like ungoverned and unregulated show you to be totalitarian in mindset.
