Does he mean only HE is aware that Intel's business is changing? Is he implying that the institutions [holding
most of the Intel shares out] have their heads in the sand?

Again, Intel's changing business has been publicly addressed by management. Forbes had Intel on the cover and
discussed this issue extensively.

I think Barron's is late in publishing this as if it was news.
