Greg,

I have talked to Rick and Harry as often as I can. They both are willing to step down as Pres and CEO if they can arrange for some
party to come in and create the necessary funding to start Yetwene
which by the way is 7 million. These guys want only the best for the
shareholders and they realize they have let us all down regardless of
what has happened they are responcible to us the shareholders. They
still may pull something off but they probably will need more time to
arrange finanicing if Gexpo will give them more time. They might even
pull off a JV of some kind but these things take some time which they
don't have right now. Some times certain people need to be put in a 'corner before they perform their best and lets just hope something
develops soon. I plan on attending the AGM on April 30th and hope to
see some of you there. If anyone has any ties to parties with the ability to raise capital I suggest you call them ASAP. I'm real proud
of the way the shareholders have hung in over the last few months.
