I've no idea who supplies Quartzwares; the Engineers here could certainly help us. If a Quartzware damaged during the quake is included in the Semi-equip supplied say by AMAT, then AMAT has some work to do in Servicing the machine to make the machine run again.

One interesting Info from the report is this: --- "although most of the fabs have been designed to withstand far stronger earthquakes than this one, equipment was not bolted down in many of the fabs, and there may have been significant equipment losses, Dataquest said."
