George is obviously short on this stock and is killing him because he hasn't covered his position yet, and wants to negativly affect the stock.

Well, I won't sell my shares and I don't think Mr. Clinton should influence you to sell.

Or, maybe he wants to buy it at 25 since he missed his opportunity, and he knows it won't see 25 again.
