- Anyone read the details of the verdict just won by Aetna? - If you have, you'll sleep well owning the stock - Basically, the Court said that Aetna sells limited health insurance coverage. Not unlimited. Not all you want. - Also, that the patient needs to sue the doctor for malpractice. Not the HMO. - So, I'm a holder at least until we get to the low 80's. Good luck.
