Sorry I asked.
The main problem I have with Mulshine is that he told me earnings would be released at a certain time and they weren't and, in response to query, implied that was never said.
There are other directors that have jobs elsewhere and are compensated by the company, by the way, not just Mulshine. Many companies have firms they hire to take care of investor relations.
I smiled when I saw the guy (can't recall his name) who worked for Caterpillar (not only bulldozers, but other heavy equipment and medium size truck engines) got a job that might give him a chance to show his potential. They have since brought in other folks to handle that aspect of the company and the b.d. salesman is more an administrator.
My, you do have a bone to pick, here, don't you. I can't find a 10-K until 5/9 last year although they did announce their earnings on April 9th. I still can't find any mention in Edgar's of an S-3 last month. The most recent was last May (96).
I'd like to say more, but, once again, dinner calls. I don't believe it was a foreclosure, I think it was a purchase of Sedona Geoservices, the leading edge software, the team of researchers that designed it, and the licensing rights to the world from Lockheed Martin
