Holdings, Inc.(OTC BB:SETO) announced today a joint venture with an
aggressive custom software development group with an impressive track
record for special applications in Industrial, Consumer, Entertainment
and Internet software requirements.
Mr. Gene Pian, SETO's President said, "Having a software
development team with vast knowledge in many industries will increase
our ability to enter the Asian Internet Market, establish a closer
relationship with SETO's manufacturing customer base and bring new
consumer products to the SETO E MALL web site. The synergies created
with our new and talented personnel supporting all of SETO HOLDINGS
subsidiaries worldwide is an initiative we have been striving towards
for the last few years."

Manager of IT Works, Ltd. New products developed by SetoSoft are
