Frank - looks like RACE is finally taking a new direction. Finalization of the software client allows them to offer a fully functional regular phone line simultaneously while you're connected to the internet. While it's still only a dial-up speed connection it can be used anywhere thus provides an option for those not interested in shelling out the additional $$ for an xDSL line and for those in all those areas they're not available in yet.
