One reason to do a reverse merger is because it allows a small company to inexpensively access the capital markets to fund growth.

Do they work out? Very rarely. But when they do, they offer investors large potential returns. Large risk = large potential returns. I've made a lot of money investing in these type of investments, but also I've lost a lot of money!

Why didn't I mention that it was a BB stock? I think it is very obvious for the experienced investor to see that it is a BB stock. If you can not determine that it is a BB stock, then you should probably invest your money in less risky "listed" stocks.

I am not a paid promoter for the company. I am an individual investor. I feel that since I read other posts about companies on SI, I should do the same and post info on companies that I research . . . good or bad. See my other posts.

Disclosure: I bought stock today after the reverse merger. I think the reward/risk ratio is high. Then again, the stock may go to 0 and you could loose all your money.
