Yes, I'm still long. I'm now writing puts at this level to take in premium and get in the stock, if it is assigned, at a lower net price.

We've come down very far and the stock seems fairly stabilized at this price. Some other thoughts:

1. The seasonally slow 3Q is behind us. A 4Q uptick lies ahead.

2. I think that NITE, with its mid-point pricing guarantee, is basically trying to undercut the competition and ensure order flow. While this has an up-front cost, it should be beneficial in the long run as competitors drop out of the race and market share is secured.

3. I don't think we will see the rapid run-up in stock price that we saw this past year (unless online volumes skyrocket again). Even so, there are a number of irons in the fire that should help NITE grow revenues going forward (ISE, institutions, Euro online, etc.).
