I just checked the OTC site, and according to them, EVDS will have a 5th letter attached to it "E" in a few short weeks. otcbb.com The 5th letter won't be official until Nov 15th, however, unless EVDS has ALREADY submitted their paperwork to the SEC delisting is very real as they are backlogged 60-90 days. After that, they are given 30 days with the "E" attached to it for continued trading and then they will be delisted, in the pinks. While in the pinks, they will be able to continue electronic trading only until the end of June when all pink sheets will no longer be tradable. Does anybody know if EVDS has already submitted their Form 10?
