This FLC contract has been widely known/expected in the market. Shouldn't have any impact on the stock from the big boys. But then the big boys don't always know everything...do they? If I recall correctly, the day rate is around 140,000 and moves within three tiers, depending on the water depth the rig is drilling in. But I could be off a bit on the 140,000. Brazil is hot hot hot. big atoffshore.com
