I remember 12 analysts hyping the piss oput of TLC last year why?
because they were boosting the stock price so TLC could continue to make acquisitions or be bought out!
but when they can't do buy outs the accounting they used to boost earnings craps out !
check out herb at the street.com

what's really needed is a good old fashioned class action suit against each of the analysts and their firms who helped do the deal that obfuscated the accounting....
