Gary,

Just got word from Merrill: Waterhouse dumped 8 million shares last week. 4 million in two separate days! No wonder the downward pressure last week. Well, at least we eliminated a big part of the overhang.

Also BBRS, the managing underwriter on the NITE IPO, has just reduced its estimates as follows: 3Q reduced from .31 to .23; 4Q reduced from .38 to .29. Lastly, FY99 reduced from 1.80 to 1.58.

Now is not the time to sell, in my opinion. Even with all this news now, the stock is down 1/16th at the moment. Arguably, the company very carefully orchestrated and guided this range of downward revisions. Well, we are where we are.
