No, I don't think Pappajohn is at the helm. It may not even be a P&D, in the traditional since of the word. Here is the possibility -- Someone comes across the information that Pappajohn is buying the shell company, both common and preferred shares. They start a thread to spread the word and speculate that Pappajohn has huge plans for this shell. They use the Pappajohn name to pump the stock without any real knowledge of Pappajohns plans for the shell. The price moves from a few pennies to .44 on nothing but speculation of a merger. That is a huge gain and it may kill any plans for a merger. Pappajohn may have been hoping to merge with a low price shell, now he has a high priced shell. If I were him I might take some profits. Remember also that this shell has some cash. The holders of both common and preferred shares could sell some of the common shares and then cancel all common shares taking the cash and profits. They haven't even had to pump and dump, themselves!!! They have released no news and would run no legal risk?

It's just a thought, but remember this is a BB stock and anything is possible! Good Luck to all.
