UncleFrank,

So GMST is paying about $55/share for TVGIA, and a boatload of debt, 600M. I really want to hear more about this deal.

Makes you wonder about the lawsuits....Did GMST buy the outcome they wanted and paid a hefty premium for it? Or did TV Guide decide a buyout was in their interest because the judgement would most likely go against them?

What are your impressions?
