Duker, Another downside to this whole issue is that only the Bulls will be able to present their cases, leaving no Bears to present the "devil's advocate" position. Without this, the value of SI drops measurably, since there are some(not many:-)))) Bears with outstanding cases to be made against some companies. I for one, am not yet concerned since I have only good things to say about most of the companies I currently hold positions in. But if this changes I amy indeed become a lurker rather than risk litigation. Whatever happened to free speech? BK
