I just had time to refer to my list of private buyout multiples, and I had Bayer's bid for Millenium @ $23.65. Using these multiple of price and book, I get a private value of $43.73 for INCY.

Also selling crescendos, aka blood is running, almost always shift the odds in the buyer's favor. Just way until all the folks who aren't glued to the market during the day find out about the drop.
