RobertM: DITC secondary explains the decline. No, I wasn't aware of the secondary, thanks. I'll still watch it. Remember NITE last February? Similar decline on secondary announcement, stock bottomed on the day of the secondary. Low for the day was 32 1/2 (secondary priced at 35), I got lucky, bot a bit at 32 7/8, then it started it's extraordinary ascent. I'll look for the secondary date for DITC and let you know. (Lee)
