<No David, the release said that it was based on the closing price of $83.625, that would make TVGIA worth $54.97.> Press release says "exchange ratio is NOT subject to adjustment"... the 9.2 bill is based on that previous closing price... further more the merger has strong support from both boards... TVGIA is currently worth 48.75 based on GMST's $74 last. DAK
