Frank, this is to you and all. Last September "the exchange" did it to us when the stock rose to 3.00 and the short position was huge. In April of 1997 "the exchange" did it to us again... and my question is why? (Although we think we know). It is time for the exchange to answer to you and I the shareholders. They have been silent, given no reasons, operated in a vacuum and have functioned in an interest which I am hard pressed to view as mine. The actions of the exchange have hurt you and I the shareholders. I implore each one of you to write a simple letter to the exchange, telling them how much this has hurt you, and ask them to explain why they have done what they have done. Talking to ourselves may be therpeutic, but if the nonsense which we hear about has any basis in reality, we have an obligation to challenge those who have imposed this decision. Ed
