Dang. ZDNET/Yahoo reports (still isn't changed at this moment) "RCN (NYSE:RCN) said in a statement that Allen's preferred stock would be converted into common stock at $62 per shareno later than seven years after it is issued." Instead of getting RCNC at the day low I got a dead dog (RCN) instead. Sigh...
