Symbol Change Moved One Day for Non-Compliant Issuers Whose Symbols Begin with CU - EE

The effective date for symbol changes for non-compliant issuers originally scheduled to be appended with an "E" on Friday, October 8th, has been moved to Monday, October 11, 1999. Issuers whose symbols begin with "CU" through "EE" have been evaluated for compliance with the OTCBB Eligibility Rule (NASD Rules 6530 and 6540). Those issuers not deemed in compliance will be published in the Daily List of October 4, 1999 under the Symbol Change Section, indicating that an "E" will be appended to the symbol effective Monday, October 11, 1999.

Similarly, the effective date for symbol changes of issuers whose symbols begin with "SR" through "TN" has been changed from March 24, 2000, to March 27, 2000.
