WAYNE, PA/NEWMARKET, ON, Oct. 4 /CNW-PRN/ - Cashco Management Inc. (OTC:BB-CHSKE) and ID Four Ltd.
(OTC:BB-IDFR) announced today their intent to integrate the management efforts of each company to improve their overall
operating efficiencies.
The integration will result in a joint management committee whose mandate will focus on sharing industry expertise in an effort
to further their relationship beyond the current arrangement of product distributor and developer vs. sales and marketing agent,
yet continue to preserve and maintain separate and distinct legal identities for each company.
The collaboration will result in a more vertically integrated stream of operations minimizing redundant procedures and costs
inherent to the development, manufacturing, acquisition, sales and marketing of software and Internet related products and
services.
To facilitate expansion efforts, allow a smooth transition to joint management operations and to ensure access to a pool of
highly skilled technical resource individuals necessary to complete various product developments by year's end, Cashco
Management Inc.'s expanded Internet and Software Research and Development office has relocated to Seattle, WA. These
developments include but are not limited to Netwave, a real time Internet based messaging program, enPact2OOO, a premiere
32 bit Contact Manager and a new Internet related product specifically created to address a worldwide marketing niche.
The shares of Cashco Management, Inc. and ID Four, Ltd. are quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board under the trading symbols
CSHKE and IDFR, respectively.
