SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 4, 1999--Keller Rohrback LLP announced that it is investigating claims of shareholders of Amplidyne, Inc., (Nasdaq:AMPD) who purchased stock between September 9, 1999 and September 14, 1999 inclusive.

Amplidyne designs, manufactures and sells ultra linear power amplifiers and related subsystems to the worldwide wireless telecommunications market.

Class action shareholder suits have been filed against Amplidyne, Devendar Bains, Tarlochan Bains, Harris Freedman, and Sharon Will.
