Hi Paul, Honda's deal with Microsoft is completely separate from its talks with autotradecenter.com. AUTC does not deal with the purchase of new cars or anything related to consumer to dealer interactions. AUTC is unique in that it is catering towards dealer to dealer and manufacturer to dealer interactions focusing mostly on off lease cars and establishing dealer to dealer and manufacturer to dealer networks for things like (I believe) inventory for example. Go to their website to get a much better description. AUTC does NOT directly compete with Microsoft, Autoweb, and Autobytl ect... Hope this helps. EZ
