When you walk in a casino, you play by house rules. The house sets the odds in their favor. If we don't like it, you have to start new game somewhere. No one is ready to do that, most accept rules and adjust play.

You never know when the MM is trading for himself or customer. But thanks goodness for market order traders, they make the MMs rich enough that they let others take some of the gravy.
