LVEN RECEIVES TOTAL CAPITAL INFUSION OF $495 MILLION

As noted by me in post #10, Dow Jones reported that LVEN has received a capital infusion of $190 million. This infusion was received in exchange for the issuance of a total of 12 million shares of restricted common stock. Two investors are responsible for this infusion and they received 6 million shares each. See post #10 for more details.

In prior postings, I have detailed an earlier capital infusion into LVEN of $305 million in exchange for 3 million shares of restricted common stock.

This represents a total infusion into the company of $495 million in exchange for 15 million shares of restricted common stock, or $33.00 per share received. LVEN has incurred no debt as a result of either of these transactions.

In my opinion this is still an excellent speculation.

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to call me at 800-262-2331.

Sincerely,

Jay Goldberg
