For your information, AG Armeno Mines and Minerals Inc. (Armeno) has NOT had any dealings whatsoever with the Florida stock promotion group since 1992. It is reported that the alleged securities fraud was committed from September of 1994 to at least December of 1996.

Therefore, Armeno was not involved in any manner whatsoever with the Florida stock promotion group during the reported period.

Furthermore, all of Armeno's dealings with the Florida stock promotion group were conducted in a proper and legitimate manner.
