Picking it up at 24 seems fairly realistic and prudent. You would not have much more downside risk...maybe 2 or 3 points....NITE should start climbing back to the 40s once there is a real NASDAQ rally, instead of these little false rallies...I see it happening early next year... I agree with you on the speed of the climb...it will be slow...unless the NASDAQ market comes roaring back like it did in late November of last year...then look out!
