Now klemencic is becoming sloppy. To be specific where klemencic is vague - the stocks in question are Checkfree, Flextronics, Celestica, and Jabil.

CLS and FLEX: Regarding Celestica and Flextronics, klemencic advocated a trade shorting CLS and simultaneously going long FLEX. For the record, at the time I was long both CLS and FLEX. He had to reverse his position in 3 trading days to avoid being clocked.

JBL: At around the same time (within a couple of weeks), he said that JBL at 50ish was preferable to CLS. At the time, I did not own JBL. CLS outperformed JBL by a substantial margin. I subsequently bought JBL and sold part of the position in CLS in August when JBL was 38 and CLS was 45+.

CKFR: He criticized being long CKFR in August-Sept. of 1998 when it was priced at approx. $15, down from $25. Today it closed at 41 7/8.

I guess his story is when you can't beat him, fabricate.

Why do I take the time to respond? Well because I loathe low character, particularly when I see it in old age.

"I have reviewed his knowledge on stocks we both liked, and found his research and experience to be quite limited."
