You are correct..just called Dr Guilbert...it is sent out to all Share Holders for a 31 Oct Special AGM to future propose it. Current shares are 25,000,000 so it will take it down in shares to 2,500,000 so it is PROPOSED. ( To be voted on ) It is official. There are multi things in pipeline confirmed when I said that Jaba is a Multi Element of Staker Company whom joint ventures! Chucka
